What is

It is a platform for holding highly advertised events with multiple brokerages bringing numerous properties for the investor/consumer to choose from in one room on one evening.

How do I purchase multiple properties at this event?

Each brokerage will write the final purchase contract at the event for the property it represents.

I’m a licensed brokerage/real estate agent, can I participate in the event?

Absolutely. We want to work with you on purchase or sale to help you and your client. For more information, please contact one of the participating brokerages.

I am a seller. Is there a cost to put my property in an upcoming event?

There is often a marketing cost, but you will have to contact one of the participating brokerages for more details.

I am the winning bidder.  What kind of fees are involved?

At each event the auctioneer will announce all the terms prior to auction. The earnest money is what would be collected when you sign the final purchase contract; this could be a fixed number or a percentage of the high bid. There is often a buyer’s premium that is added to the final bid price.  You will also often be responsible for half of the title costs.  All can vary property to property.  Please contact one of our participating brokerages for more details.
